Appointment Enquiry
Use this form to send an initial enquiry. A response will be sent in the language of your preference, typically within two working days.
You may also attach existing dental records or imaging by email after submitting this form. Attachments sent in advance allow a preliminary review to take place before your first appointment.

Location
The practice is located in Istanbul, Turkey. Istanbul is served by two international airports — Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) — with direct connections to cities across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and beyond.
Detailed directions, including public transport and taxi options from both airports and the city centre, are provided in writing at the time of appointment confirmation.
For patients travelling from abroad, we can advise on approximate travel times from major landmarks or accommodation areas upon request.

Before Your Appointment
The following information will help ensure your first appointment is as productive as possible, particularly if you are travelling from outside Turkey.
Bring Existing Records
If you have recent dental X-rays or records from a previous dentist, bring them to your first appointment or send them in advance by email. Records from the past twelve months are most useful.
Disclose Your Medical History
Please be prepared to disclose any systemic conditions, current medications, known allergies, or prior adverse reactions to dental materials or anaesthetics. This information is required before treatment begins.
Allow Time for the Examination
The first appointment is a full clinical examination. No treatment is carried out during this session unless agreed in advance. Please allow sufficient time in your schedule for a thorough assessment and discussion of findings.
Arrival in English
All consultations, documentation, and correspondence for international patients are available in English. You are not required to speak Turkish at any point during your care.
Privacy and Data Handling
Information submitted through this form or sent by email is used solely for the purpose of handling your clinical enquiry and arranging your care. It is not shared with third parties other than those directly involved in your treatment, and is not used for marketing purposes.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Clinical data is retained as required under Turkish health regulations and deleted thereafter.

Emergency dental services are not available to patients without a prior appointment. If you are experiencing a dental emergency during your stay in Istanbul and are an existing patient, please contact us by phone.
